Character Mask Making

January 12th-March 22nd
Recommended for ages 13-18
Thursdays 10:45-11:45am

Mask acting is about taking an uncharacterized mask and turning it into a multi-dimensional character. For this class students will build their own mask over the course of the first few days and then create the character through a series of improvisation classes. Children ages 13-18 will then use the characters they have created to write scenes for the culminating performance.
